About the collective
AI work should leave the slide deck and enter the business.
Agent Grove Collective is building a community and implementation platform for founders, business owners and senior operators who want to improve real processes with AI.
The work comes first
A member can arrive with a rough idea, turn it into an implementation project, and learn from people solving a related problem. The platform keeps the useful context close to the project so decisions, tests, failures and outcomes can be reused.
People before selling
Peer collaboration is the default. If someone wants hands-on implementation help, they can ask for it explicitly. Paid collaborators are an escalation path, not the purpose of every introduction.
An invite-based pilot
The first version is being shaped with a small invited group. There are no adoption numbers or testimonials to present here. What matters at this stage is whether people make useful progress together.
Clear boundaries
Public examples are deliberately redacted. Private projects stay private. Agent Grove does not host arbitrary member-built agents against live business systems, and external products remain clearly external.
