Privacy notice
This working draft explains the intended privacy boundaries for the invite-based pilot. It must be reviewed and completed before real-member launch.
Four audiences
Content can be public, community-visible, organisation-private or restricted to explicit participants. The audience should be clear before a member shares, and the same boundary applies to direct links, search and summaries.
AI and member content
Member-supplied material is treated as private or untrusted according to its audience. The platform’s AI should use authorised context only and must not disclose private project information to other members.
Your choices
The final notice will cover correction, export, account closure, retained records, published contributions and how to contact the operator with a privacy question.
